Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at The Oaks Care Home. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional standards of care to our residents, utilizing the latest care planning and nurse call technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.70, plus a £5 enhancement for overtime.
  • A 36-hour workweek, with 3 shifts per week, plus opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse or RMN.
  • Experience working in a nursing home environment, although not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
