Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at The Oaks Care Home. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a nursing home environment, preferably with a similar patient population.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
