About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at The Oaks Care Home. As a Registered Nurse Nights, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.70, plus £5 enhancement for overtime
  • A 36-hour week, with 3 shifts per week, plus opportunities for overtime
  • Tier 2 sponsorship available for NMC-registered UK-based nurses
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including fully funded NMC PIN renewal, relocation package, and free uniform
