Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and overseeing invoices and purchase ledger transactions
  • Ensuring all invoices are correctly coded and approved
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Addressing supplier inquiries and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities
  • Maintaining precise and current financial records

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an accounts payable position or managing invoicing and purchase ledger
  • Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed AAT are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
