Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Dudley, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and inspire the sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
