Job Title: Executive Chef - Wimborne

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Blue Arrow Ltd in Wimborne. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to meet customer demands
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene regulations
  • Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar establishment
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent
  • Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
