As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a small multidisciplinary team to provide timely and effective responses for people with co-occurring conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Provide management and leadership to the core team, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies to support those with co-occurring needs across the city.
- Support the development of pathways and joint working protocols, including joint assessments and work by mental health and substance misuse services.
- Supervise, appraise, and perform management tasks, ensuring timely access to our service.

Person Specification- Relevant professional qualification, such as a Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration.
- Management or leadership qualification and/or training/experience.
- Significant post-qualification Practitioner experience, including experience in managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team and as a supervisor, including managing patient flow.
- Working knowledge of Risk Assessment and management tools currently in use within acute mental health settings.
