Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring clinical and non-clinical governance, regulatory compliance, clinical effectiveness, and quality improvement across our surgical centers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical governance systems and processes to support the monitoring of key quality indicators, such as clinical audits, and risk and incident management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across PPG Portsmouth and embed governance to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
  • Work with the Senior Management team to implement, support, and collaborate with Heads of departments to continuously improve systems, structures, and processes, following national and Practice Plus Group priorities.
