About the Role

Clinical Governance Manager is a key position within Practice Plus Group, responsible for ensuring clinical and non-clinical governance, regulatory compliance, clinical effectiveness, and quality improvement across our surgical centres.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical governance systems and processes to support monitoring of key quality indicators.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across PPG Portsmouth and embed governance to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
  • Work with the Senior Management team to implement, support, and collaborate with Heads of departments to continuously improve systems, structures, and processes.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC registered Practitioner
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Recent experience with governance and infection prevention and control
