About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical and Operational Lead to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience of managing and leading teams to achieve excellent outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical governance systems, standards monitoring, and assurance, as well as contributing to the development of practice.

You will also be responsible for undertaking root cause analysis for investigations into serious untoward events and complaints, and engaging with service users, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance opportunities for integrated and interagency working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical governance systems, standards monitoring, and assurance
  • Contribute to the development of practice
  • Undertake root cause analysis for investigations into serious untoward events and complaints
  • Engage with service users, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance opportunities for integrated and interagency working
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with NMC or HCPC registration
  • Post registration education with relevant field
  • Previous experience of working within community, Criminal Justice
  • Coaching and supporting staff
  • Identification of local health needs and translating this into the people and finances needed to meet the need
