About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Lead to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance systems and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service gaps, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service development plans, ensuring alignment with trust and national priorities.
  • Engage with patients, families, and carers to understand their needs and experiences, informing service development and improvement initiatives.
