About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical and non-clinical governance, regulatory compliance, clinical effectiveness, and quality improvement across our surgical centers.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical governance systems and processes to support the monitoring of key quality indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across Practice Plus Group and embed governance to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
- Work with the Senior Management team to implement, support, and collaborate with Heads of departments to continuously improve systems, structures, and processes.
What You'll Need
- An NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC registered Practitioner.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Recent experience with governance and infection prevention and control.
