Position Overview:
Senior HR Consultant

In the capacity of a Senior HR Consultant, you will have the opportunity to impact the business positively by delivering essential support in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

You will collaborate closely with the HR Director and the broader team to ensure that all HR functions are executed seamlessly and effectively.

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process, attracting and integrating high-caliber candidates while maintaining a professional and cost-efficient methodology.
  • Offer first-line support and guidance on various employment matters and employee relations.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and communication efforts such as newsletters, team-building activities, surveys, internships, and charitable events.
  • Review and enhance HR procedures and policies in accordance with best practices and legal standards.
  • Maintain precise records, generate reports, and support projects, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Guide and mentor the HR Administrative Support in their career growth.
  • Represent the HR department and the organization with professionalism in diverse environments.
  • Develop and sustain a robust candidate database.
  • Foster engagement, elevate performance metrics, and advance training programs.

Proven expertise in HR recruitment, including collaboration with agencies, utilization of recruitment platforms, and leveraging social networks is essential.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and proficiency in office software, particularly SharePoint, are required.

Flexibility, along with excellent interpersonal, written, and analytical skills, is crucial.
