Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the UK. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of our vehicle safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and track progress against sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with proven experience in business development and sales within the automotive or related industry. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of the vehicle safety market.
