Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with retail partners to formulate action plans aimed at boosting category sales and market presence.
  • Enhance store staff's understanding of the category, new product launches, and initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Negotiate for expanded promotional space for key products to maximize visibility in stores.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team meetings to review progress. This position is primarily field-based, focusing on relationship-building with retail outlets. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, necessitating strong organizational skills and a proven track record in sales conversion.
