Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving the organisation's strategic growth by implementing the company's sales and marketing plans. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities and target accounts to meet the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Small and Large Molecule Drug Substance CDMO space
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong business development skills and ability to identify new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
