As a representative for our esteemed partners, you will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with retail contacts. Utilizing advanced data insights and your understanding of market trends, you will engage with stores to enhance product visibility and performance. Your expertise in category management and business growth will drive sales of our partner brands within your designated area.

Category Focus: Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty

Contract Type: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Compensation: Competitive salary of £25,250 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with retail partners to create actionable plans aimed at boosting category sales and market presence.
  • Enhance store personnel's understanding of product categories, new launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Negotiate for increased shelf space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team meetings to review progress. This position is primarily field-based, focusing on building relationships with retail outlets. A high degree of autonomy is expected, so strong organizational skills and a proven track record in sales conversion are essential.
