Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Sysco. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.


Compensation: Up to £32,000 plus an attractive bonus structure, company vehicle, and a flexible home-based work arrangement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
