As a Skills and Development Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our apprentices and clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices working for top names in practice and industry
* Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers
* Guide learner development through our bespoke e-portfolio system
* Monitor learner progression to ensure they reach their highest potential
* Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment
* Keep excellent records and relevant trackers up to date

**Requirements:**

* Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate with an enthusiasm for learning
* Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Confident and professional, representing the brand to clients and apprentices
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage own workload
* Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook)
