About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Career Developer. As a Fitness Career Developer, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis (12 hours a week) as a Fitness Coach, with a monthly salary. You will also have the opportunity to run your self-employed Personal Training business from the gym, giving you access to thousands of leads in the form of current members and new members that join on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and gym floor member interaction.
- Lead gym inductions and teach engaging group exercise classes.
- Develop and grow a successful self-employed Personal Training business.
