Are you a passionate and ambitious Personal Trainer looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work in a dynamic and award-winning gym chain that is revolutionizing the fitness industry?

We are seeking a talented Fitness Coach and self-employed Personal Trainer to join our team at JD Gyms. As a Fitness Coach, you will be employed on a part-time basis (12 hours a week) and will be responsible for delivering a world-class member experience on every visit to our gyms. This includes upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, gym floor member interaction, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.

In return for your hard work, we offer a range of industry-leading benefits, including a contracted salary above the national minimum wage, annual leave allowance, and access to funded First Aid and management development training programmes.

As a self-employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business from our gyms, with access to one of the fastest-growing member bases in the fitness industry. You will also receive support from our dedicated PT Business Support team, who will provide business courses, insight, advice, and coaching to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a world-class member experience on every visit to our gyms
  • Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and gym floor member interaction
  • Leading gym inductions and teaching engaging group exercise classes
  • Building and growing your own self-employed Personal Training business

Requirements:

  • Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help our members achieve their goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
