About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Level 5 Development Coach. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of adult care leadership by delivering and facilitating impactful teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring to apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a caseload of learners, supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification, and any additional requirements like a Diploma.
  • Guide learners through to Gateway and the successful completion of their End Point Assessment.
  • Regularly assess work with constructive feedback provided, including SPAG, while keeping the E-Portfolio system (Aptem) meticulously updated.
  • Identify and support learners with additional learning needs, leveraging the neurodiversity platform Cognassist to tailor your approach.
  • Promote and monitor safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of your role.
