About the Role

The Regenda Group is seeking a skilled Housing Development Coach to join our team. As a Housing Development Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting learners in completing their Housing Apprenticeships across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a tailored journey to meet the employers and learners' needs.
  • Complete monthly teaching and learning, carry out progress reviews, and assess submissions to the learning platform.
  • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources, and deliver these both face-to-face and online.
  • Manage a caseload and engage, motivate, and monitor learners to ensure targets are met.
  • Build effective working relationships with employers and partner organisations.
  • Work on a variety of online platforms to keep accurate, up-to-date records.
