An exciting opportunity has emerged due to our projected growth, calling for the addition of a Regional Sales Manager in South East England. Situated ideally in the Home Counties just north of London, and reporting to the Sales Director, you will assume full management responsibility for a well-established team of approximately 15 Sales Designers in your region.

This outstanding role is tailored for a dynamic and efficient individual who can enhance the team's performance through a mix of coaching, mentoring, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Regional Direct Sales Team based on NJ KPIs
  • Achieving a Personal Sales target of £250k
  • Providing Training, Coaching, and Development in Sales and Product aspects
  • Assisting Sales designers in closing deals when necessary
  • Conducting Weekly and Monthly forecasting
  • Regular Sales Designer 1:2:1 sessions (at least Quarterly)
  • Leading Regional Sales Meetings (Approx. 6 per year)
  • Participating in National Sales Meetings (Approx. 4 per year)
  • Overseeing Allocation & Reporting of Activity, Orders, and Visit results
  • Handling Recruitment & Induction of Sales Designers
  • Attendance in Executive Management Meetings
  • Supporting Furniture R&D and NJ Sketchup development

Desired Personal Qualities:

  • Articulate, diligent, and adaptable person with a solid Sales and Sales Management background
  • Preferably from a similar industry, with exposure to furniture design
  • Experience in engaging with sophisticated clients
  • Demonstrated history of target-oriented sales
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, confident, and positive attitude
  • Proficient in IT with knowledge of Microsoft tools like Outlook, Excel, and Word
