Job Title: Receptionist & Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist & Administrator to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited in Harrogate. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front office and administrative support to our team
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage diaries and appointments for colleagues and clients
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries
  • Filing and archiving of company records and paperwork
  • Handle incoming post and distribute as required
  • Organize meeting rooms and provide refreshments as needed
  • Perform daily banking duties
  • Participate in training and development activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Assist with Health & Safety
Requirements:
  • Be a positive ambassador for our company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Ability to manage and complete administrative tasks
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of between £21,000 - £23,500 dependent on experience, plus the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a split rota of both 8am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5:30pm.
