Key Responsibilities:- Front Office Services: Provide high-quality administrative support, including diary management, telephone and email handling, and filing and archiving of company records.
- Client Liaison: Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and complete administrative tasks, including banking duties, meeting room organization, and refreshments.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, taking part in training and development activities, and maintaining confidentiality about client information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Professionalism: Smart, professional, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
A competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,500, depending on experience, and a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a split rota of both 8am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5:30pm.
