Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team member performance and initiate and complete HR-related activities as required.
- Create departmental goals and ensure communication of these across the team to achieve or exceed targets such as Guest Satisfaction Scores.
We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, experience of developing and leading a team, and strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. You should be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks.
