Job Title: Receptionist & Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist & Administrator to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited in Harrogate. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming post and distribute as required.
  • Organize meeting rooms and provide refreshments as needed.
  • Perform daily banking duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with training and development activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in administrative software and systems.
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,500 dependent on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
