Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)

Your role will involve the upkeep and repair of vehicles and waste management equipment to comply with health and safety regulations and DVSA standards.

You will also perform scheduled preventative maintenance and service inspections to uphold Biffa's operator's licence obligations. Our fleet includes a range of vehicles from light commercial vans to 44-ton articulated specialist assets, providing a diverse environment for you to enhance and expand your technical skills.

We are seeking professionals who may have previously held roles such as PSV Mechanic, Heavy Goods Technician, Lorry Mechanic, LGV Technician, HGV Technician, or HGV Mechanic.

Requirements

Fully qualified with a level 3 HGV / PSV apprenticeship qualification/City and Guilds Qualification/NVQ Qualification. Technician level. Must possess at least a car/van driving licence. HGV licence is desirable. IRTEC Qualification is desirable.
