Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate routing of inquiries.
- Maintain and organize company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within a related sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
