We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for creating invoices, conducting checks, and ensuring accurate data capture.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate invoices using a bespoke invoicing system within set service level agreements (SLAs)
- Utilize Excel to create backing data and report within set SLAs
- Conduct invoice checks using multiple booking platforms and service provider data
- Upload invoices to Sage Line 200 accurately
- Investigate and respond to invoice query cases
- Raise credit notes and input data for invoicing
- Liaise with internal staff and service providers to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor billing team emails using Salesforce
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. The business offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home after completing a 6-month probation period.
Benefits:The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, plus holiday, pension, equipment, training, and progression opportunities.
