The Barnet Homes team is looking for two Housing Officers to enhance our Neighbourhood Housing Team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the tenancies and leases of approximately 900 residents.
2. Supporting residents in maintaining their tenancies and leases.
3. Contributing to the development of safe and healthy neighborhoods by:
   a. Addressing low-level nuisances.
   b. Conducting tenancy and estate inspections.
   c. Welcoming new tenants.
   d. Reducing sub-letting and assisting vulnerable residents.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:
