Reservations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Specialist to join our team at a well-known inbound tour operator in the UK. As a Tailor Made Reservations Agent, you will be working closely with overseas travel agents to book hotels and recommend properties to clients. Your role will involve advising on services such as theatre tickets, attractions, car hire, and visitor experiences.

With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be working in our London office and will have the opportunity to work from home twice a week after completing our comprehensive training program. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in reservations and excellent administration skills. Fluency in English is essential, and a second language is desirable.
