**Job Title: Office Junior / Receptionist**
**Hour: £12.00 per hour (3-6 months contract)**
**Salary: 23,000-£25,000**
**Job Type**: Full-time, Office-Based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
**Overview**:
Our client launched in 2016 to provide vehicle financing on a flexible basis for Ride-Hailing drivers and they at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution - and their mission is to make electric vehicles accessible - starting with the ride-hailing market (e.g. Uber and Bolt and Rent-To-Buy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse existing processes and workflows within the organisation.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Draft and document clear, concise, and user-friendly process manuals.
- Develop training materials, including screen-share videos, to facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
- Utilise various tools and software to capture, edit, and produce instructional videos.
- Ensure that training materials are up to date with the latest processes and procedures.
- Act as the front-line representative by managing the reception desk during specified hours.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to maintain a smooth operation
- Meet & Greet all customers and guests into the building and accompany them to the right area of the business
- Act as a first point of contact for customers entering the office with customer service queries
- Manage customers attending our onsite appointments to ensure they are seen to on time and any issues are managed.
**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
