**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
Growth Strategy
Responsible for delivering billings targets and strategic KPIs on allocated clients. As well as contributing to New Business workflows (pricing grids/written submission/idea development and presentation/managing account transitions).
Working with the Business Director and Client Director; responsible for inputting into the Agency and 'Key Client’ development plans, taking ownership of delegated actions and providing regular progress reports.
Responsible for ensuring all relevant Client information (personnel changes, business challenges, contractual changes/risks) are captured, classified, constantly updated and appropriately shared with stakeholders (Spark, PMX, Ops). Ensuring issues are avoidedin advance and all positive situations capitalised on.
Responsible for supporting the Business Director and Client Director in the delivery of an inspirational and educational OOH Event Calendar that catalysts advocacy in the planning community and drives growth.
Responsible for proactively working with the wider Publicis Media OOH team to identify best practices, lessons learned and case studies to continually improve the offer. Responsible for marketing this collateral to agency planners and clients.
Planning & Account management
Responsible for capturing briefs and developing responses which represent the best interests of our clients, maximise trading efficiencies, champion creativity, and ultimately drive business results.
Responsible for delivering outputs with strong rationales informed by data, rigorously thought out plans, accurate and insightful reporting.
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering the following across their own campaigns:
- Full use of the 'Planning & Buying Framework’ to deliver high quality solutions which maximise growth.
- Purl compliance to support accurate reporting and increased efficiency and automation.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures with Central Trading and Activation to ensure contractual guarantees (i.e. PRFs) and commercial considerations (i.e. APEX) are met, whilst always meeting client objectives; and all campaigns effectively trafficked.
- Proactively engaging different activation disciplines to drive OOH integration with other media.
- Acute attention to detail and cascading of best practice down to junior team members; inclusive of financial due diligence (invoice queries swiftly resolved/timely billing) and completion of admin tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence a broad range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Good relationship builder, who pro-actively builds and maintains agency and client contacts to become a trusted advisor.
- Good understanding of business commercial priorities and relevant client deliverables.
- Good leadership skills to motivate, manage and mentor junior team members.
- Good trading and negotiating skills to ensure high conversion of briefs to bookings; that meet the client’s objectives and commercial requirements.
- Thorough understanding of digital media concepts, propositions and digital services.
- Strong project management skills to manage varying volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach to sharing of ideas and business intelligence which supports the overall performance of the function and the business.
