Core skills/Competencies:

- An exciting opportunity to join our growing OOH Investment team on the back of recent account wins. Since in-housing our OOH offering, we have created an Investment Team that works across all agencies across the Publicis group, providing a wide breadthof clients to work across
- Managing our day-to-day client buying requirements through close working relationships with the OOH planning teams, we’re also responsible to ensure the activation and financial administration of our campaigns are delivered through close collaboration withour Operation and Finance teams.
- It’s an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person who enjoys working within the communications industry within a vibrant media agency. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and who will hit the ground running.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to briefs from planning teams and helping with all Investment-based requests
- Buying and administration of OOH campaigns
- Assist the Ops & Finance teams with campaign administration and account queries
- Helping to deliver campaigns to a high level from a both a client and commercial standpoint
- Managing PRF / client pricing targets for individual clients
- Providing regular market updates to wider OOH team

**Qualifications**

High level of numeracy and adept at managing data and using Excel.

Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent numeracy skills

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail essential

Organised and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team

Skilled and confident in using excel - the ability to use pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups preferable

Adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies

Can assimilate information quickly and adhere to processes/best practices

Demonstrates initiative and the ability to develop/learn new processes and systems/databases

Excellent project management skills to prioritise tasks on a daily basis

Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately

Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proven ability/desire to learn negotiation skills
