Strategy and Portfolio Office Coordinator

The Royal Parks is a charity dedicated to managing over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategy and Portfolio Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy and Portfolio Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our strategy and portfolio operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of our portfolio, ensuring risk registers and project data are up-to-date.
- Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and following up on actions.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting.
- Track the change control data for all projects in the portfolio.
- Proactively identify improvements to governance processes and assist with SPO communications.
- Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Excellent organization skills with a structured approach to work.
- Good organizational skills.
- Degree level qualification in a relevant area, such as Business, Economics, or relevant experience.
- Salary of £26,864 - £28,500 per annum (depending on experience).
- 26 days' annual leave (pro rata) plus public holidays, increasing to 29 days after 3 years service.
