Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Manager to join our dynamic team at GNB Partnership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimising, and profitably scaling our PPC campaigns across multiple markets, with a focus on new markets such as Greece, Brazil, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, ASA, and UAC platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable PPC initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad extension optimisation to enhance campaign performance.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to identify and act on optimisation opportunities.
  • Implement A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to refine targeting and messaging strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure PPC efforts align with overall marketing goals and financial targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features, and recommend and integrate innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, and utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and detailed reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, optimisation efforts, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of paid search strategies and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly driven with strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional multi-national teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, UAC, ASA, and related tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies, such as LP development and testing.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features.
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasting processes effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
