Recruit4staff LTD is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company, in their search for a Quality Assurance Specialist to work in their facility.

The successful candidate will be offered:

  • Annual salary up to £42,000 per annum
  • 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week, with flexibility to finish earlier on Fridays
  • Permanent position
  • 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays
  • Company pension scheme

  • Free parking

The Role of the Quality Assurance Specialist:

  • Provide technical direction on Quality engineering to the Production team.
  • Facilitate and manage quality issues/internal concerns using 8D.
  • Manage the measurement of Scrap, analysis and resolution through team problem solving.

Requirements for the Quality Assurance Specialist:

  • Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience within an Automotive environment
  • IATF / PPAP experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude to resolving Quality issues and helping the business push forward.
