About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Taiko. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet both regulatory and customer expectations consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with BRCGS standards, customer standards, and customer's COP.
  • Internal Auditing: Manage internal audits, including GMP, glass, wood, and other physical audits.
  • Non-conformances: Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for customer complaints.
  • Auditing Program Development: Develop and maintain a robust auditing program.
  • Daily QA Checks: Conduct daily quality assurance checks, assess raw materials specifications, and manage technical documentation.
