We are currently in search of a Senior Proposal Specialist who aligns with our dedication to excellence, service, and environmental sustainability.


In this role, you will engage in all aspects of the proposal writing process, requiring a candidate capable of crafting and assembling tailored, high-quality Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and tender submissions that fulfill client requirements and aspirations. Strong project management skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional creative writing and verbal communication abilities.

Experience in producing timely submissions that effectively promote the organization, particularly within the social housing and local authority sectors, is crucial.

You will oversee the bid process, collaborating with sector teams to establish strategies and ensuring the necessary resources are available for submission completion.


Your responsibilities will include managing resources throughout the process, guaranteeing that all content is prepared, and ensuring the quality of the final output is subject to approval, including client engagement.

Creation of high-quality PQQ and bid documents, along with writing and editing content, will be part of your duties.

Additionally, you will manage the production of bid documents, advocating for best practices in planning and organization.

Compliance with business development processes, style, and brand guidelines is essential.

You will also contribute to the development and execution of the Bid Improvement Plan.

Exemplary creative writing skills and knowledge of their application in a proposal context are required.

Familiarity with the construction, maintenance, and building sectors is advantageous.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, is essential, while experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.

Delivering high-quality work within specified timeframes is a key expectation.
