We are currently in search of a Proposal Specialist who aligns with our dedication to excellence, service, and environmental sustainability.

While prior experience in proposal writing is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals who possess a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely and are eager to learn about the technologies we implement.

Responsibilities include crafting clear, focused, and logical proposal materials (along with other business development documentation) while ensuring consistency in style, branding, and tone.

You will be tasked with producing and assembling tailored, high-quality Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and tender submissions that address the needs and aspirations of our clients.

Collaboration with internal business development managers and operational teams is essential to develop and compose bespoke, high-quality PQQ and Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions that reflect a comprehensive understanding of client inquiries.

Additional responsibilities may arise as needed.
Candidates should demonstrate strong creative writing capabilities.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly advanced MS Word, along with a solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Familiarity with InDesign and Illustrator, as well as desktop publishing skills, is advantageous.
Experience in proposal, bid, and tender writing within a dynamic office setting is essential.
Knowledge of the public sector housing market is beneficial.
