Job Description

Maintenance Reliability Specialist


Are you an experienced Engineer within a Food and Beverage industry?


Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career?


Do you have proven Reliability/PM Engineering experience within Food and Beverage?


MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Food and Beverage Business on the search for a Maintenance Reliability Specialist. This is a perm role based in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate on weekly/daily meetings for workload prioritisation.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify permanent solutions for area issues.
  • Implement predictive maintenance tasks to optimise equipment reliability.
  • Recommend changes to PPM tasks for continuous process improvement.
  • Actively participate in major repair projects
  • Monitor and report area abnormalities, generate Work Orders to address issues.
  • Collate data on machinery conditions, following with performance reports.
  • Propose and Implement improvements/innovations


What are we looking for?


  • Food and Beverage experience essential
  • IOSH certified
  • Previous experience with PM systems (Pirana desirable)
  • Apprenticeship trained or HNC/equivalent in an engineering discipline preferred
  • High degree of computer literacy


Competitive Salary £45K.
