Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Manager to become a vital part of our Customer Application Support team.

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience. After a brief training period, you will have a hybrid working arrangement, splitting your time between home and our office. This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday, with the latest finish time at 17:00, allowing you weekends to unwind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in honest and constructive discussions regarding performance and behaviors through regular coaching and reviews.
  • Foster an environment of feedback and support to cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Adapt swiftly to meet business requirements and objectives while delivering coaching.
  • Utilize initiative to design sessions that align with business needs and implement new systems through effective coaching.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Employ a variety of coaching methods tailored to individual needs and circumstances to help team members achieve their goals.
  • Regularly monitor departmental performance to provide constructive feedback that aligns with internal standards.
  • Comprehend the business area strategy and understand how your contributions support this vision.
  • Facilitate an environment where team members can propose ideas for continuous improvement and guide these initiatives through to implementation.
