Head of Prioritisation, Planning & Resourcing

This role is available to current employees within IT Services at the University of Leeds only.

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.

We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.


You will lead the transition of the IT department's demand and capacity capability towards increasingly Agile and product-based ways of working, as well as managing a team to improve prioritisation processes, structures and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition to Agile and product-based ways of working
  • Manage a team to improve prioritisation processes and tools
  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective resource planning
