Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team at Undisclosed. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of order entry and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Entry and Fulfillment: Plan and proactively manage the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from order entry to collection to ensure customer requirements are met.
  2. Order Quality and Integrity: Implement changes as required for each project followed, optimize sales transfers, and ensure orders validation, compliance, and approvals before order entry.
  3. Customer Service: Provide an excellent level of service for our customers, including answering customer phone calls, price enquiries, order updates, stock enquiries, and sales leads.
  4. Logistics and Inventory Management: Monitor customer plan versus actual, reduce span in customer order fulfillment, and follow up on collections issues due to order-to-receipt (OTR) discrepancies.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports, and provide root cause analysis on defect issues.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management or order management, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
  2. Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
