**Job Description Summary**: Leads the PCS Order Operations team for Northern Europe to execute on Customer’s orders from Order receipt to Equipment logistics through to Customer Acceptance and Warranty start.

Sets and drives the operating mechanisms to execute the transactions through the business, interacting effectively with the various stakeholders, with the aim of maximising customer satisfaction.

Responsible for Northern Europe PCS Order Operations Specialists teams, maximising the output of the team to deliver on-time to meet Customer needs, Sales commitments, and business priorities.

**Key Responsibilities/essential functions include**:

- Manage Order process from Order receipt through to Acceptance and Warranty Start
- Lead/facilitate PCS Forecast for Sales/ Production / Inventory in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Ownership for Cash collections and Past dues in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Ownership for PCS NE Order Management Excellence & quality in the region. Continous alignment to business priorities and kpi’s
- Ensure Compliance to Business & Process regulations incl order booking, revenue recognition, etc.
- Develop team and structure in-line with business needs
- Build and strengthen communication lines with Commercial, Manufacturing, S&OP, OPEX & Logistics teams
- Drive operational rigor through Daily Management in order to reduce cycle time, improve service quality, standardise and reduce costs
- Support strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance

**Experience required**:

- Ideally Min 5 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably in operational roles
- Previous people management experience
- Resilient, clear thinker with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and drive results
- Strong process mind-set - ability to break-down complex tasks, identify opportunity to simplfy and standardise
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate
- Proven experience in multi-functional area and ability to manage and improve kpi’s
- Great executive presence, with a professional approach to both daily execution and longer term initiatives execution
- Strong Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use Analytics tools e.g.Tableau, SFDC, Celonis, Domo

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport and resolve conflicts within team and across functions at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills, including multi-taking and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail. Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments.
