We have a fantastic opportunity for a 12-month internship in GE HealthCare (GEHC) Indirect Sourcing. This varied role will support all sourcing functions across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) including supporting communication and execution of Sourcing strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives including Total Cost Productivity, Preferred Supplier utilization, Cash & Compliance activities.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assist GE HealthCare Business Sourcing team to:

- Support implementing Business Sourcing Initiative projects
- Vendor Master Data updates
- GEHC’s Purchase Order portal vendor clean-up/rationalization program
- CLMA (Contract Database) Support and leverage
- Communicate to business stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to Business Sourcing team
- Lead data gathering and analysis process(es)
- Lead spend analysis for GE HealthCare Sourcing team
- Support the management of contract archiving and tracking
- Manage saving reporting and tracking
- Support preparation and update financial data of project for project reviews
- Support supplier negotiation, e-Sourcing and communication
- Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes
- Create & Distribute Performance Dashboards

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ongoing university studies
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
- Project management and change management experience
