Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor is a key role within Maximus UK, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support
- Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively to clients' concerns and provide empathetic and solution-focused responses.
- Service Delivery
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, as required.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in customer service or a related field.
