Your Role
The customer service department serves as the primary point of contact for our clients seeking information about our diverse range of Professional Learning Services. The individual in this position will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our service, which is dedicated to delivering effective solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, your duties will include:
- Providing timely and well-informed responses to client inquiries regarding services and products.
- Assessing client requirements and aligning them with the most suitable NSPCC Learning services and products.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Professional Learning Services to ensure prompt follow-up on service requests.
- Coordinating external training sessions and consultancy initiatives across various regions.

- A keen aptitude for gathering and analyzing information to accurately assess client needs.
